This morning I headed out for a dawn shoot at Narrabeen with some seascaping buddies.
After checking SkippySky during the week, and again last night, it looked promising.
As we made our way to the rock shelf in the darkness, I could see an intense red glow near the horizon. My experience tells me that this is the sign of some magical light, and right I was.
Today we were treated to a thoroughly magical dawn, with intense, beautiful colours. In my five years of seascaping, I’ve witnessed and captured this sort of sky less than a handful of times.
Enough verbage from me; I’ll let the images do the talking.
